
Ingredients
- La Finca corn tortillas
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 white onion, thinly sliced
- 1 lb. steak, cut into 1/4" thick long strips
- 1-2 small jalapeños, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp chile powder
- 2 Tbsp minced cilantro
- 2 plum tomatoes, seeded and chopped
- Salsa
- Lime
Directions
Heat oil in heavy large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and sauté until tender, about 5 minutes.
Add steak to skillet and cook until no longer pink, about 2 minutes. Add jalapeño, salt and chile powder. Cook an additional 2 minutes.

Heat oil in a flat pan. Add tortillas and heat 20 seconds per side. Keep heated tortillas in a warm dish with a lid.
To prepare tacos; stack 2 tortillas, add steak, cilantro, tomatoes and fresh chopped white onions. Top with salsa or a squeeze of lime. Enjoy!
